I’ve worked with hundreds of women on the Northern Beaches to identify exactly what they need to break free and lift that weight off their shoulders.

My passion is supporting high-achieving women in balancing high-stress corporate roles, freeing them from anxiety and self-doubt, and uncovering the confidence within (even if you don’t see it yet).

With my intuitive ability to identify unhelpful patterns, I can help you get unstuck in just six sessions. You’ll start to feel relief after just one. My approach is direct and laser-focused, creating a lasting pathway to balance.

I have worked at some of the biggest brands in the world and now have the insight and experience to support you in managing the load in a healthy way.

Living in a neuro-diverse home with my husband, two primary-schoolers, and a Dalmatian, I’ve survived anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic illness. I use the same tools I teach my clients every day.

What can I expect from our first session?
My first session is a 20-minute online Insight Session designed for high-achieving women in high-stress corporate roles who feel overwhelmed and stuck.

In this 20-minute call, you’ll receive an immediate strategy to regain control of your emotions and a clear plan to manage your spiraling thoughts.

How much is a session?

After our first free insight session, our sessions are $165 per 50 mins.

Do you accept Private Health Insurance?

Yes, I have a provider number with BUPA, Medibank Private and AHM.

Do you accept the Medicare Mental Care Plan?

Unfortunately, as a counselor and not a psychologist, I am not covered under Medicare. I do accept private health insurance though! I have a provider number with BUPA, Medibank Private and AHM.

What are your qualifications?

I have a Bachelor of Social Science (Counselling) and I’m a member of the Australian Counselling Association (Level 2).

How long is each session, and how often do we meet?

Each standard session lasts 50 minutes. At the beginning of our work together, I typically recommend weekly sessions, as six weeks of weekly sessions have been shown to create a significant shift in the issue you came in with. However, I also offer fortnightly and monthly bookings if that frequency is more suitable for your needs. Ultimately, the frequency of sessions is up to you and what works best for your unique situation. During our sessions, we can discuss what frequency will be most effective in helping you achieve your goals.
